Welcome!
Welcome to the blog! Here, I will post updates on what’s going on with me, my business, and my services. I will also post small tidbits that I find interesting :). Should you read them, well, that’s up to you! You don’t have to, of course, but maybe you’ll find them interesting too? I don’t know… But you won’t either unless you read it sooo….
Anyways, my name is Daniel and I was supposed to be going to Dartmouth College in the fall to study a whole bunch of things, but now, I am not. I wanted to study biochemistry, marketing/design/communications, art, business, and economics, or some combination of all of those. All I know is that working on my photography business and creating a brand that I am proud of is something that I want to do in the future. I want to take risks, build an identity, and design something that I can call my own. I want to offer a unique product and service to someone, to sit in the custom RGB studio that I built, editing portraits and photos and using my paper guillotine to create my own greeting cards with my own logos and photos on them. What I do not want is a 9-5 desk job where the sole purpose and end goal is to make more money. I want to do more.
The new question at hand is whether or not I will be taking a gap year or doing a year of online classes, which sounds pretty miserable to me. But at the same time, I do not want to be a year behind in my studies and a year behind my friends. I do want to be able to tell stories of my four years on campus, especially at a school like Dartmouth with a strong sense of tradition, specifically for freshmen. This blog and this website would be my gap year project, but I am not sure that is would occupy me for a full year. But then again, we shall see! This blog is all about discovery, and I hope that you will follow me on my journey. Stay tuned!
